Who Is Doug Morby ?

Doug Morby is a Utah native who grew up in North Ogden, where he attended Weber High School before continuing his education at Weber State University. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and later completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA).

To help pay his way through college, Doug started a painting business—an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for craftsmanship, home improvement, and entrepreneurship. What began as residential painting eventually evolved into cabinet refinishing, custom cabinetry, and kitchen remodeling.

Throughout his career, Doug has successfully balanced both the corporate and entrepreneurial worlds, serving in executive leadership positions while building and operating successful businesses. His background in finance, business management, and hands-on craftsmanship gives him a unique perspective that combines practical experience with sound business principles.

For more than 15 years, Doug has focused primarily on cabinet transformations, helping homeowners throughout Arizona and Utah create beautiful kitchens through cabinet painting, premium refacing, custom cabinetry, and innovative storage solutions. During that time, he has been involved in the transformation of more than 2,000 kitchens.

Doug and his wife have been married for over four decades and are the parents of a large family. His greatest satisfaction comes from building businesses that improve people's homes, create opportunities for others, and leave every customer with a project they can be proud of.

Today, Doug continues to oversee multiple cabinet-related companies while sharing the knowledge and experience gained from nearly five decades in the construction and home improvement industries.
